NSV support the stable operation of infrastructure for many customers. We have formed an alliance with top-level Japanese companies and provide daily services based on the mission of “protecting our customers”. In addition, against to the increasing threat of cyber attacks, we are launching the highest quality Cyber Security business as a pioneer and create the market.
We are already developing a cyber security business centered on endpoint measures and also we also hold seminars and study sessions to raise awareness of cyber security in Vietnam.

In your new role you will:

• Provide new IT and System technology proposal/solution for customer.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and ensure all environments is maintained in line with standard IT policies of NSV.
• Onsite support for troubleshooting of hardware (PC, network, device…) for customers.
• Install, implement support and manage:
     + Server: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
     + PC (Desktop/Laptop): Windows 10, MS Office, Anti-virus protection, Spyware solutions, etc. 
     + LAN / Wireless network.
• Make report of system for customer monthly.
• Consult and design information security and safety system for customer.
• Further details will be discussed in the interview (English shall be used at the interview).

Job Requirement

Mandatory

• At least 1 year or more work experience in IT field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows based software and hardware environments.
• Knowledge and experience about network.
• Good communication skill in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Logical thinking, good skills in communication and presentation.
• Ability work independently as well as in the Team environment.

Desirable

• Know virtual environment: VMware, Hyper-V.… for migrating on-premise system to virtual system.
• Know cloud solution and can deploy MS Azure, AWS… for migrating on-premise system to Cloud system such as Cloud server/clients, MS 365...
• Having working experiences in foreign company, especially for Japanese Company.

Working place and hours

• NSV Hanoi Office, R101, Techno Center, Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi, be met and saw off by company’s car every day,
• Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17: 15
• Saturday: 8:15 12:00 (Only Twice per quarter – Total 8 times per year)

Salary/Benefits:

• Basic salary: Up to $1000/month (Gross), depending on career and capability

• Bonus: 14th month salary to 19th month salary - 1 time per year, depending on individual's performance and company business result.
• Monthly awards (4 levels and awards to teams and individuals)
• Allowances: as company policy (telephone, business trip, …).
• Commuting to work: There are 2 routes of comfortable bus from the city to the office. Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000 - 400,000 VND),

• Review salary yearly,
• Training policy: Oversea training courses due to the work demand,
• Labor contract, insurance and annual leave are based on Vietnamese law.
