Service time:
- Monday through Friday: 8:15 a.m – 12:00 a.m/13:00 p.m -17:15 p.m
- Saturday: 8:15 a.m – 12:00 a.m
- (Except on Sundays, Public holidays and NSV holidays)
Response time:
- Get technical consultation via Hotline support.
- Commit to send experienced engineers to support for any damages at the earliest time.
